Yogyakarta, 8 Oktobrt 2025 – The Faculty of Agriculture (FP) of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) has officially announced the implementation of the Integrated Student Service System (SPMT). SPMT is designed to integrate and centralize all academic and student administrative services.

This initiative reflects the faculty’s commitment to improving the quality and efficiency of services for students, reducing convoluted bureaucracy, and ensuring that all administrative matters are accessible in a transparent and centralized manner.

The Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, Dr. Ir. Budi Widayanto, M.Si., stated, “The launch of SPMT is our strategic step. This is not merely digitalization, but a restructuring of how we serve our students. All student needs, from academic correspondence and scholarship administration to curriculum information, are now integrated and managed in a centralized system.”

Full Online Services Now Accessible

At present, all main functions of SPMT have been fully implemented online, allowing students to access and manage their needs anytime and from anywhere.

“The digitalization phase of SPMT has been fully implemented. Students no longer need to visit multiple counters or move from one office to another to manage their affairs. All data and processes are now centralized and managed on a digital platform, ensuring convenience and speed,” added Wike Wijayanti, S.P.T., M.Si., as Coordinator for Administrative Affairs.

Physical Service Center in Progress

To complement the online services, the Faculty of Agriculture UPNVY is also expediting the completion of the physical SPMT service room. This room is specifically designed to serve as a representative center for consultation and integrated services.

“The physical SPMT service room will function as a supporting facility for the online services, particularly for face-to-face consultations. Once completed, all student services in the faculty will be fully coordinated in this centralized location, providing a comprehensive service experience,” explained the Coordinator for Administrative Affairs.
